Luxury Commercial Sales Director

About the Role:
This is a key leadership position within Diageo, reporting directly to the Head of Luxury On-trade. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the growth of the premium segments in the GB on-trade market.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a commercial strategy to grow the Diageo Luxury portfolio in the region, leveraging market knowledge and outlet data to drive share growth and deliver exponential P&L expansion.
- Partner with the Diageo Luxury Marketing team to put our brands at the heart of culture, driving talkability and availability through activation in key outlets.
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key retail groups, driving distribution and execution targets.
- Create and foster an inclusive team culture that inspires and shapes the future of the channel, developing world-class customer relationships.
Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for an experienced commercial leader with a proven track record in luxury product categories or high-end accounts in the on-trade sector. The ideal candidate will possess:
Advanced negotiation and customer relationship-building skills.Robust commercial understanding, P&L literacy, and analytical skills.Ability to forge strong cross-functional team relationships and interact confidently with senior collaborators internally and externally.Proactive and entrepreneurial approach to grow existing and win new customers ahead of the competition.About Diageo:
