Our e-commerce function, Havas Market, helps clients navigate and capitalise on the changing retail landscape. We combine expert execution skills, powerful technology/data analytics, and strategic consulting to deliver above-market growth and outmanoeuvre competitors.

This role sits within our digital activation team, exclusively servicing retail clients within the Havas Market organisation. As a senior performance activation director, you will lead a scaled team of 15 people, ensuring best-in-class delivery across channels, driving forward an innovation agenda, and leading on forward-facing strategy for our clients.

You will be responsible for developing future-facing media strategies for e-commerce clients, ensuring best-in-class delivery across DTC, paid search, marketplaces, and retail media. You will work closely with key media partners to identify and deliver against new commercial opportunities with clients. You will also develop and/or enhance ways of working in the team to ensure efficient delivery against client commercials, scopes of work, and ultimately drive improved profitability.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience managing activation teams within a commerce remit, operational understanding of enterprise tech, and proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will have strong organisational and project management capabilities, excellent attention to detail, and ability to multi-task. Excellent communication, listening, and presenting skills are essential. The salary for this role is estimated to be around £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
