About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of E-commerce and Performance to join our team at BY TERRY. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and performance of our e-commerce business, ensuring that our online presence is aligned with our luxury brand values and aesthetic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Lead the development and implementation of e-commerce campaigns, including product launches and promotions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all marketing channels
  • Monitor and analyze e-commerce performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive innovation and improvement
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors
  • Proven track record of improving front-end customer experiences and executing successful e-commerce campaigns
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and experience working with design and development teams to optimise the online experience
  • Creative mindset with a deep appreciation for luxury aesthetics and attention to detail
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify) and Google Analytics to track performance and optimise site functionality
