Head of E-commerce Job Description

We're seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of E-commerce to join our team at HeadX. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our e-commerce business.

About the Role

The Head of E-commerce will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive e-commerce strategy that aligns with our company's overall goals and objectives. This includes managing our Shopify website, creating and implementing conversion rate optimization strategies, building funnels and landing pages, and analyzing data to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy that drives growth and revenue
  • Manage our Shopify website and tech stack, ensuring optimal performance and user experience
  • Create and implement conversion rate optimization strategies across the website and business
  • Build and optimize funnels, landing pages, and advertorials to drive conversions
  • Analyze data to inform business decisions and optimize e-commerce operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of e-commerce initiatives
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 8 years of experience in e-commerce, with a proven track record of driving growth and revenue
  • Expertise in Shopify and other e-commerce platforms, including Shopify Plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and inform business decisions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and data analysis
