E-Commerce Director

We're seeking an experienced and dynamic E-Commerce Manager to lead our online sales and digital efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce and a passion for the beverage industry. As the E-Commerce Manager, they will be responsible for driving sales growth, enhancing the online customer experience, and taking ownership of products - from SKU selection to stock management.
**E-Commerce Strategy:** Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to drive online sales, enhance customer engagement, and improve overall user experience.
**Product Ownership and Management:** Own all areas of the product chain - from selection of SKUs to uploading images and product descriptions on the website.
**Website Management:** Oversee the management of the company's e-commerce platform, ensuring the site is user-friendly, up-to-date, and optimized for search engines.
**Inventory Management:** Coordinate with the supply chain and operations teams to ensure optimal inventory levels and product availability on the website.
**Customer Experience:** Enhance the online customer journey by improving site navigation, product descriptions, images, and customer service responsiveness.
**Partnerships and Promotions:** Collaborate with vendors and partners to create promotional campaigns, exclusive offers, and events that drive sales and customer loyalty.
**Team Leadership:** Manage and mentor a team of e-commerce and digital marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Previous experience as an E-commerce Director, Head of E-commerce, or similar role.
* A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
* In-depth understanding of online trade, CRM, digital marketing, and performance marketing.
* 5+ years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably within the beverage or related industry.
* Proficient in using e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento).
* Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
* Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
* Passion for the beverage industry and a deep understanding of consumer trends.
