Zachary Daniels Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled E-commerce Director to join our team. As a leading recruitment agency, we are exclusively partnered with a multi-channel fashion retailer to fill this key position.

This is a senior leadership role with significant scope to optimize and grow the e-commerce channels. The successful candidate will lead the digital commerce strategy and oversee the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement a Comprehensive E-commerce Strategy: Align the e-commerce strategy with the company's overall business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Lead the E-commerce Team: Optimize online sales performance, user experience, and customer satisfaction by leading the e-commerce team.
  • Oversee E-commerce Platforms: Ensure seamless integration with physical stores and manage budgets, set performance targets, and report on key e-commerce metrics and KPIs.
  • Analyze Market Trends: Identify opportunities for growth and innovation by analyzing market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: Drive cohesive and effective e-commerce initiatives by collaborating with marketing, merchandising, IT, and customer service teams.
  • Ensure E-commerce Platform Optimization: Ensure the e-commerce platform is fully optimized for mobile, SEO, and conversion rate improvements.
  • Lead Digital Innovation: Develop and implement new digital tools and technologies to enhance the customer journey.
  • Foster a Culture of Excellence: Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence within the e-commerce team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 Years in E-commerce Management: Proven experience in e-commerce management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the fashion retail industry.
  • Demonstrated Success in E-commerce: Demonstrated success in developing and executing e-commerce strategies that drive significant revenue growth.
  • Strong Digital Marketing Skills: Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and online merchandising.
  • E-commerce Platform Experience: Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud) and related technologies.
