E-Commerce Marketing Director

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Marketing Manager to join our team at STOPGAP. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing e-commerce strategies to drive business growth and improve market share.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage external agencies to optimize spend and campaign activities, ensuring maximum ROI for our online channels.
- Provide regular reports on marketplace performance to internal stakeholders, highlighting areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Conduct regular analysis of conversion data and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions and drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product listings across all online marketplaces, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
- At least three years of experience in online marketplace management, including Amazon.
- Proven track record of increasing sales and ROAS across online marketplaces.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce industry best practices and trends.
- Fluent English skills and the right to work in the UK.
