Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on e-commerce expert to drive the growth of our online presence. As a key member of our team, you will oversee daily e-commerce operations, support all aspects of our online business, and contribute to the development of our digital strategy. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior marketing professional looking to take on new challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement an omni-channel digital marketing strategy to drive business growth.
  2. In partnership with the Marketing Director, manage the website and channel content plan, ensuring seamless execution across all digital channels.
  3. Oversee the performance of our PPC agency and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
  4. Monitor and analyze web performance, identifying opportunities for growth across all digital channels.
  5. Lead project management of site builds and development, focusing on user experience and conversion optimization.
  6. Contribute to budgeting and planning processes, tracking delivery against targets.

Requirements

  1. At least 5 years of experience in managing e-commerce for a luxury brand, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
  2. Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  3. Expert knowledge of digital marketing channels and online customer journeys.
  4. Strong commercial acumen, with experience in budget management and planning.
  5. Excellent project management skills, combined with a problem-solving mindset.
  6. Strong copywriting and editing skills are a plus.
  7. Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a passion for luxury brands and e-commerce growth.
