  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, merchandising, IT, and customer service, to drive cohesive and effective e-commerce initiatives.
  6. Manage budgets, set performance targets, and report on key e-commerce metrics and KPIs.
  7. Ensure the e-commerce platform is fully optimised for mobile, SEO, and conversion rate improvements.
  8. Lead the development and implementation of new digital tools and technologies to enhance the customer journey.
  9. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence within the e-commerce team.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum of 10 years in e-commerce management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the fashion retail industry.
  2. Demonstrated success in developing and executing e-commerce strategies that drive significant revenue growth.
  3. Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and online merchandising.
  4. Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud) and related technologies.
  5. Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
