Job Opportunity

Publicis Commerce is seeking a seasoned Commerce Strategy Business Director to spearhead the development and implementation of innovative retail strategies for our esteemed UK clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead client discussions, driving strategic growth through passion and expertise.
  • Design and execute retail strategies to propel client success.
  • Enhance digital shelf eContent, educate client stakeholders on key commerce topics, and devise collaborative retailer strategies.
  • Identify business challenges and customer pain points, develop frameworks, and integrate commerce data for informed decision-making.
  • Advise clients on digital shelf eContent, analytics, retail media, and business capabilities.
  • Support internal upskilling on key topics and emerging trends.
  • Identify gaps in our proposition and collaborate with relevant leads to develop new solutions and commercial models.
  • Foster a collaborative, innovative team culture that encourages continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Experience in running commerce campaigns at an Account Director or Business Director level.
  • Deep understanding of the commerce landscape.
  • Expertise from demonstrable experience in digital retailing within a retailer, brand, or agency environment.
  • Experience beyond campaign management, including business planning, product portfolio management, and data insights.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.
