Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement a Comprehensive E-commerce Strategy: Align with the company's overall business objectives and drive online sales growth.
- Lead the E-commerce Team: Optimize online sales performance, user experience, and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee E-commerce Platforms: Ensure seamless integration with physical stores and manage day-to-day operations.
- Analyse Market Trends: Identify opportunities for growth and innovation in the fashion retail industry.
- Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: Drive cohesive and effective e-commerce initiatives with marketing, merchandising, IT, and customer service teams.
- Manage Budgets and Performance Targets: Report on key e-commerce metrics and KPIs.
- Ensure E-commerce Platform Optimisation: Focus on mobile, SEO, and conversion rate improvements.
- Lead Digital Innovation: Develop and implement new digital tools and technologies to enhance the customer journey.
- Foster a Culture of Excellence: Encourage continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence within the e-commerce team.
- Minimum 10 Years in E-commerce Management: With at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the fashion retail industry.
- Demonstrated Success in E-commerce Strategies: Drive significant revenue growth through digital commerce initiatives.
- Strong Understanding of Digital Marketing: Knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and online merchandising.
- E-commerce Platform Experience: Familiarity with platforms such as Shopify, Magento, and Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
