About the Role

This Senior Retail Media Executive role is a key position within Publicis Commerce, focusing on delivering exceptional advertising campaign activation, optimization, and performance analysis for our esteemed retail clients.

As a Senior Retail Media Executive, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of client advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Amazon Ads, CitrusAd, Criteo Commerce Max, and other retail media channels. Your primary objectives will include:

  • Campaign Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize client campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and performance.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze campaign data to identify new keywords, trends, and opportunities to optimize and grow client accounts.
  • Team Training and Mentorship: Train and mentor junior account executives to ensure seamless campaign execution and knowledge transfer.
  • Client Reporting: Create comprehensive reports and dashboards to present campaign performance to clients in person or via calls.

You will also be responsible for creating media plans, providing spend forecasts, and making recommendations to clients.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in Retail Media or E-commerce: A strong background in retail media or e-commerce, or experience in biddable media (search, social, programmatic) with a keen interest in retail and e-commerce.
  • Action-Oriented Mindset: A bias for action, with a willingness to take ownership of small projects, innovate, and take calculated risks.
  • Analytical Skills: An analytical mindset, with the ability to dive deep into data sheets and excel pivot tables.
  • Presentation Skills: Comfortable presenting to internal and external stakeholders, including clients.
  • Industry Acronyms: Familiarity with industry acronyms such as SKU and ASIN, as well as online metrics like CPC, CTR, CVR, ROAS, ROI, and AOV.
