Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and transform commerce strategies for select clients, leveraging expertise in digital retailing and business planning.
  • Develop and execute retail strategies to drive client growth, optimize digital shelf eContent, and upskill client stakeholders on key commerce topics.
  • Identify business challenges and customer pain points, develop frameworks, and integrate commerce data for strategic decision-making.
  • Advise clients on digital shelf eContent, analytics, retail media, and business capabilities, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Support internal upskilling on key topics and emerging trends, fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture.
  • Identify gaps in our proposition and work with relevant leads to develop new solutions and commercial models, driving business innovation and growth.

Qualifications

We seek a methodical and adaptable individual who excels in building relationships and understanding client businesses to support their commerce ambitions. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in running commerce campaigns at an Associate Director or Account Director level.
  • A deep understanding of the commerce landscape, including digital retailing and business planning.
  • Expertise from demonstrable experience in digital retailing within a retailer, brand, or agency environment.
  • Experience beyond campaign management, including business planning, product portfolio management, and data insights.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.
