E-commerce Marketing Specialist

Salary Range: £35,000 - £40,000

Location: Notting Hill, London

We are collaborating with a distinguished British Fashion Brand specializing in Men & Womenswear, seeking a driven, flexible, and analytical E-commerce Marketing Specialist to become a vital member of our marketing team. This role is pivotal in enhancing and optimizing digital marketing strategies across various channels including PPC, Paid Social, and Email marketing, alongside daily responsibilities related to website management. The position is based in a creative office environment, working closely with a small, dedicated team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals aiming to build a career in the e-commerce and digital marketing sector within the fashion industry. You will have the chance to learn from an experienced Head of Ecommerce.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing digital acquisition channels for e-commerce (Email marketing, Paid Advertising).
  • Assisting in the strategy and execution of all email marketing and paid advertising initiatives, collaborating with internal teams and external agencies.
  • Analyzing campaign performance, providing insights, and managing digital and website metrics.
  • Delivering weekly reports on overall web channel performance.
  • Utilizing various analytics tools to assess the complete customer journey across multiple channels and touchpoints.
  • Providing daily support for e-commerce operations, including the implementation of advanced automation flows.

Essential Skills:

  • 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing within a retail or fashion brand, or in an e-commerce/digital marketing capacity, whether from a consumer-facing or agency background.
  • Proficient in budget management and forecasting.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with a focus on reporting.
  • Experience with Paid Advertising, Paid Social, re-marketing, SEO, and CRM.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Ads, Shopify, Klaviyo, Algolia, and Google Analytics.
  • Commercially minded, with a keen interest in creativity and fashion.
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
