Position Overview

Artisan People Group is seeking a talented E-commerce Trade Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and implementing strategies to enhance the appeal, sales, and profitability of our luxury beauty products in the online marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing and General Support

  • Execute comprehensive marketing plans for all significant trading events.
  • Collaborate with the Global Creative team to produce marketing materials for all planned trade initiatives.
  • Assist the E-Retail Manager in creating engaging product listings and facilitating the launch of new online retail partnerships.
  • Coordinate with the Global Creative team to ensure the availability of marketing assets.
  • Oversee timelines for all new product development launches.
  • Prepare and submit all required marketing materials and product information for new launches.
  • Support the E-retail Manager in organizing promotional giveaways and sample distributions.
  • Contribute to the UK marketing team in executing the overall marketing strategy.
  • Assist the Senior Marketing Manager with the digital aspects of third-party marketing campaigns.

Brand Performance and Inventory Monitoring

  • Analyze online inventory levels with all e-commerce partners.
  • Compile and distribute weekly reports on online stock status to relevant stakeholders.
  • Track promotional activities and trade performance across retail partners.
  • Ensure accurate representation of the brand on all online platforms.

Online Brand Enhancement

  • Maintain the integrity of the brand image across the e-commerce landscape.
  • Conduct quarterly reviews of e-retail performance with a focus on brand assessment.
  • Evaluate marketing asset packs from the Global Creative team and update online retail platforms accordingly.
  • Coordinate the sending of product samples for retailer photography, focusing on both core and seasonal offerings.
  • Perform competitor analysis to identify best practices in brand presentation and product detail pages.

The ideal candidate will possess 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce or account management, with a keen interest in the beauty sector being advantageous. A strong understanding of online marketing trends and data analysis is essential. Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Suite) and a meticulous attention to detail are required. We are looking for a collaborative team player with a positive outlook, who is creative, self-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
