Key Responsibilities- Third-Party E-Commerce Partners
- Manage product launches for third-party partners, ensuring timely and accurate information.
- Work closely with third-party partners to optimize product information and enhance the customer purchase journey.
- Maintain and develop product listings with third-party e-commerce partners, identifying opportunities to improve the onsite offer and conversion.
- Ensure merchandising standards are met online.
- Identify opportunities to support the offer within third-party websites by building strong relationships with partners.
- Collaborate with the in-house digital marketing department to maximize these opportunities.
- Research competitors and highlight areas for improvement.
- Run stock files for third-parties to ensure accurate online offerings.
- Business Analysis
- Provide daily and weekly reporting on e-commerce trade performance from various data sources, including KPIs, engagement, and shopping behavior trends.
- Conduct ad-hoc reporting to challenge performance and identify business needs.
- Stay up-to-date with competitor activity and media coverage to inform onsite actions and activities.
- Intuitive knowledge of user behavior and shopping habits in a digital environment.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze data and propose commercial objectives.
- Fantastic communication skills and ability to work effectively across teams.
- Excellent working knowledge of Excel, including the ability to manage large datasets and create complex formulas and Pivot Tables.
- Experience with Google Analytics or similar web analytics tools is a plus.
- Self-motivated with proven ability to work autonomously and within a team.
