Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Specialist to join our dynamic team. As the E-commerce Specialist at Skin Cupid, you will be integral to advancing our e-commerce strategy, spearheading initiatives to fortify our digital footprint and cement our leadership in the skincare market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy aligned with the company's overall business goals, focusing on driving sales, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the company's e-commerce website, ensuring collections, products, and pages are up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines (SEO).
  • Enhance the online shopping experience by implementing best practices in UX/UI design, analyzing customer behavior, and improving site navigation, checkout processes, and overall site functionality.
  • Support the listing, updating, and optimizing listings on multiple e-commerce platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance, traffic, and sales data using tools like Google Analytics, providing regular reports to senior management with actionable insights.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, including web developers, payment processors, and shipping partners.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising, and pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, to drive traffic and sales.
  • Ensure the e-commerce platform complies with all relevant regulations, including data protection and consumer rights.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably within the beauty or fashion industry.
  • Proficiency with Shopify, content management systems (CMS), web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and digital marketing tools.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media advertising.
  • Ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
