E-Commerce Account Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled E-Commerce Account Strategist to join our team at Tom&Co. As a key member of our agency, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective e-commerce strategies that drive growth and revenue for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and propose strategy & vision roadmaps focused on tangible performance and growth metrics.
  • Work closely with the client account manager, project managers, and delivery teams to ensure strategy is at the heart of the client relationship with the agency.
  • Coordinate strategic services and technical solutions to optimise client portfolios.
  • Manage DTC E-Commerce websites and digital marketing solutions.
  • Upsell strategy services to other clients within the portfolio.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience of managing DTC E-Commerce websites and digital marketing solutions.
  • Autonomous time management.
  • Previous solution sales experience (min 3-5 years).
