About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled E-Commerce Strategy Consultant to join our team at Tom&Co. As an E-Commerce Strategy Consultant, you will play a key role in developing and implementing strategic plans to drive growth and revenue for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and propose strategy & vision roadmaps focused on tangible performance and growth metrics
  • Work closely with the client account manager, project managers and delivery teams to ensure strategy is at the heart of the client relationship with the agency
  • Coordinate strategic services and technical solutions to optimise client portfolios
  • Manage DTC E-Commerce websites and digital marketing solutions
  • Upsell strategy services to other clients within the portfolio
Requirements
  • Hands-on experience of managing DTC E-Commerce websites and digital marketing solutions
  • Autonomous time management
  • Previous solution sales experience (min 3-5 years)
