Position Overview

Artisan People Group is seeking an E-commerce Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in developing and implementing strategies to enhance the appeal, sales, and profitability of our luxury beauty products in the online marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy and Support

  • Ensure the effective execution of all significant trading events within a comprehensive market activation strategy.
  • Collaborate with the Global Creative team to produce marketing materials for all approved trade initiatives.
  • Assist the E-commerce Manager in creating engaging product listings and facilitating the launch of new online retail partnerships.
  • Coordinate with the Global Creative team to guarantee the availability of marketing assets.
  • Oversee timelines for all new product development launches.
  • Submit all required marketing materials and new product forms in accordance with launch schedules.
  • Assist the E-commerce Manager in organizing promotional gifts and sample distributions.
  • Support the UK marketing team in executing the overall marketing strategy.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager on the digital aspects of third-party campaigns.

Sales Performance and Inventory Monitoring

  • Analyze online inventory levels with all e-commerce partners.
  • Prepare weekly reports on online retail inventory for relevant stakeholders.
  • Track retailer promotional activities and trade reporting.
  • Monitor daily online retail presence to ensure accurate brand representation.

Brand Representation and Optimization

  • Ensure the brand's image is consistently portrayed across the e-commerce landscape.
  • Conduct quarterly reviews of e-commerce partners with a focus on brand assessment.
  • Evaluate marketing asset packs from the Global Creative team and update online retail platforms accordingly.
  • Coordinate the sending of product samples for retailer photography, focusing on both core and seasonal offerings.
  • Perform competitor analysis to identify best practices in brand presentation and product detail pages.

The ideal candidate will possess 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce or account management, with a keen interest in the beauty sector being advantageous. A strong understanding of online marketing trends and data analysis is essential. Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Suite) and a meticulous attention to detail are required. We are looking for a collaborative team player with a positive outlook, who is creative, self-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
