The ideal candidate will be based in London, working closely with the Founders and eCommerce Manager to identify opportunities for a best-in-class technology roadmap that supports the enhanced customer experience and growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project management, end-to-end, of all B2B and B2C digital enhancements, translating project epics into outcome-focused roadmaps that communicate clear direction and priorities to development agencies.
  • Gathering team requirements for e-commerce trade, operations, or process enhancement initiatives that require cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Taking ownership of training and onboarding for new e-com products, creating and communicating processes that ensure seamless adoption for the whole team.
  • Reporting back to the e-commerce team within weekly catch-ups, tracking milestones, risks, and dependencies against project timelines, priorities, and objectives.
  • Managing and prioritizing sprint cycle releases and circulating on a bi-weekly basis to business stakeholders, communicating a 'problem, impact, solution model' to educate the business on e-commerce development and performance.
  • Day-to-day management of development agencies and ownership of the development budget, maximizing return on investment by maintaining a monthly effort and capacity tracker to monitor burn rate.
  • Managing day-to-day relationships with 3rd-party technology partners, including payment gateways, web developers, and software/apps, acting as the first point of contact for implementations, queries, and issues.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Proven working experience as a Project, Product, or Programme Manager within the Fashion, Luxury, or Digital Marketing sector.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and management of ticketing systems and roadmap planning.
  • Familiarity with Agile Development (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
  • A background in technical solutions implementation and digital business analysis and development.
  • An understanding of key e-commerce commercial needs and the impact of technology enhancements on various aspects of both short and long-term trading and customer experience.
  • Communicative with fluent written and spoken English, French would be a plus.
  • Highly organized with the ability to plan, multi-task, and prioritize to meet tight deadlines.
  • Experienced at forging successful relationships with external agencies and internal stakeholders.
  • Flexible with the ability to 'roll sleeves up' and support with other areas within the E-commerce team when necessary.
