E-Commerce Job Description
**Job Title:** Head of E-Commerce
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a strategic Head of E-Commerce to lead our digital transformation and drive significant revenue growth across multiple web shops. The successful candidate will develop and execute an ambitious e-commerce strategy, lead and mentor a digital marketing and merchandising team, and collaborate with marketing to design innovative campaigns.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop and execute an e-commerce strategy aligned with growth goals
* Lead and mentor a digital marketing and merchandising team to boost performance
* Utilise data analysis tools to make informed decisions and identify market opportunities
* Collaborate with marketing to design innovative campaigns that drive traffic and sales
**Requirements:**
* Proven expertise in luxury e-commerce and merchandising
* Exceptional digital marketing knowledge across Google Shopping, Meta advertising, and CRO
* Data-driven approach to decision-making, with a keen eye for analytics
* Financial acumen with experience managing e-commerce budgets and resources
