This role offers a great opportunity for someone with strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills who is interested in joining Corporate Services and gain valuable experience in our operations.

The successful applicant will need to quickly get up to speed on HR policies and current issues, they will also be expected to collaborate closely with teams in the People Directorate and report back any issues or new initiatives which require the team's input and advice.

You will be joining a friendly and supportive team, keen to share their expertise and knowledge to provide full training.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and updating Recruitment templates and question library
  • Carrying out UAT for system quarterly updates
  • Project involvement where required
  • A proven team player, willing to help others to achieve results with the ability to work on your own initiative and make decisions
  • Proven experience of using HR systems (e.g. Oracle Fusion)
