About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B Telesales Executive to join our Edinburgh-based sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for selling copyright licensing solutions to a range of customers from SMEs to PLCs and public sector clients throughout the UK.

You will be provided with already sourced and researched leads through our Lead Data Administrator, as well as having the opportunity to source your own leads through research. Your role will involve cold calling, identifying and initiating conversations with key decision makers within an organisation, understanding client requirements and consultatively selling a bespoke solution based on this.

You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key decision makers by email and phone to the completion of the sale, as well as maintaining and updating accurate information on our CRM system.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Experience and a demonstrable track record of success in new business B2B office-based sales from any sales sector.
  • An articulate self-starter who is target driven, determined and proactive.
  • A creative and consultative approach to selling solutions.
  • Computer literacy.
  • A good understanding of the sales process and what it takes to ensure success.
  • The ability to negotiate deals and strive to continue our organisation's success.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 (rising to £26,250 on successful completion of your probation period) plus an uncapped bonus, as well as a range of benefits including days holiday entitlement, pension, healthcare and other benefits.
