**B2B Software Sales Representative**

**About the Position**
- The position is a technical sales position supporting an established fast-paced and globally-focused energy consultancy & software business.
- The position will focus on sales of our main software product, bMark, with any spin-off opportunities in consultancy and/or collaboration to be targeted and closed as they arise.
- Prospects will be wide ranging across the upstream energy industry with a mix of Operator, Government and Investor clients globally.
- Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and pipeline creation goals
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on product inquiries
- Maintain a daily quota of 20 new contacts with a minimum of 2 hours of talk time to drive territory activity
- Utilize company sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN Selling) to qualify leads
- Proficiently navigate HubSpot CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Generate customer quotes, ROI analyses, proposals, and product information tailored to specific use cases
- Collaborate within a small team environment to deliver comprehensive enterprise solutions
- Cultivate long-term relationships with customers and partners to maximize sales opportunities

- Growth and professional development within the role will be supported by direct mentorship from Belltree’s Business Development Director and will be managed within Belltree’s annual performance review framework.

For more than 15 years, we have been a trusted partner of government regulators, NOCs and IOCs working to maximise asset performance and identify hidden reserves potential in a sustainable manner.

Since launch in 2015, bMark has allowed users to discover the value story of their assets, empowering teams with instant access to an independent, global and statistically robust technical database of 51,000+ oil & gas assets. bMark is utilised by key decision makers in the industry to minimize risk and inform investment decisions by interrogating data using advanced analytics and predictive benchmarking algorithms within the easy-to-learn interface. These workflows complement traditional engineering, geoscience and commercial workflows to harness maximum value from assets or portfolios.

We are evolving with the industry and branching our focus to the energy transition, creating new intelligence and data-driven tools to inform decision makers in the energy revolution. As experts in maximizing asset performance, we are developing a new data-driven tool to optimize asset potential though Carbon Capture and Storage, facilitating net zero carbon goals for governments and operators worldwide.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Strong industry knowledge, particularly in Oil & Gas, Energy, Data, or Engineering sectors
- 3+ years of relevant sales experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience (Bachelor’s Degree plus 2 years of experience)
- At least 1 year of experience in competitive data analytics and its market positioning
- Note: Applicants may be considered based on experience even if they do not meet all qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are a requirement for both prospect-facing communication and for collaborating with internal colleagues.
- The ability to reach out to colleagues, line management and professional network in a pro-active and timely fashion to ask questions and seek peer-review.
- Proficiency with MS Office suite is required.
- Proficiency with Linkedin Sales Navigator and Hubspot is positively viewed but not a requirement.

**Package Guidance**
- Hours / Week: 40
- Location: Edinburgh, UK
- Commission: 8% on new software sales, capped at 500% of base salary
- Benefits:
