This is an exciting opportunity to support the senior secretary in the running of the Neurophysiology department at Ipswich Hospital. The successful candidate will provide administrative and reception services to ensure an efficient and well-organized environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Booking and sending out clinic appointments as required
  • Contacting patients by phone to arrange appointments
  • Ensuring clinics are booked efficiently to maximize capacity
  • Receiving and inputting patient referrals on Prism Computer system
  • Inputting patient referrals on Lorenzo Computer system
About the Role

The Administrative Support Coordinator will work as part of an integrated team within General Medicine to provide a friendly, efficient, and welcoming environment. This role offers opportunities for training and progression, enabling you to develop your skills and career goals.

We offer a competitive salary of £23,000 - £27,600 per annum, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits including 27 days annual leave (pro rata), generous pension scheme, and access to NHS discounts.
