Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Getting In Limited. As an Admin Apprentice, you will play a crucial role in ensuring office efficiency and providing administrative support.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
• Booking daily supply cover
• Maintaining accurate records of dinner numbers and debt information
• Processing free school meals claims and entitlement statements
• Ordering teaching and administration supplies
Paradigm Trust is a multi-academy trust with seven schools in Ipswich and London. Our trust requires an experienced professional to support the office team.
Key skills required include effective communication, proficiency in IT, and a keen eye for detail. Training will be provided by Suffolk New College for the Business Administrator Standard, English and maths (if required) Level 2 qualification.
Estimated Salary: £18,000 - £22,000 per annum.
