Administrative Support Professional

We are seeking a skilled Administrative Support Professional to join our team at Leading Lives, a dynamic and values-driven organization.
As an Administrative Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing finances, creating rotas, and fostering effective communication with colleagues and stakeholders.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Efficiently handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and friendly manner.
- Managing financial transactions, including invoicing and petty cash, to ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Supporting the creation of rotas to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintaining strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders through effective communication and rapport-building.
