Reed is seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join their Private Client department. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support to solicitors, ensuring the smooth operation of the department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and formatting legal documents and correspondence
  • Managing diaries and scheduling appointments
  • Handling telephone calls and client inquiries professionally
  • Maintaining and organizing client files and records
  • Assisting with the preparation of court documents and bundles
  • Conducting legal research as required
  • Liaising with clients, solicitors, and other professionals
  • General administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Legal Secretary, preferably within a Private Client department
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
