About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at NHS Suffolk and North East Essex ICB. The successful candidate will provide efficient and comprehensive business support, including administrative and clerical services, to ensure the smooth operation of our department.
Main Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing administrative support to the Learning Disabilities and Autism team, including managing calendars, responding to emails, and preparing meeting materials.
- Assisting with the coordination of meetings, events, and projects, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing notes.
- Developing and maintaining office systems, including electronic filing systems and databases.
- Providing support with data protection and confidentiality, including handling sensitive and confidential information.
