Administrative Support Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Adecco. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth office daily operation and continuously improve the office environment.
- Manage office stock and maintain an organized and trackable system.
- Raise purchase orders, receive services/goods, and process payments in a timely manner.
- Provide timely support to supervisors and departments.
- Generate invitation letters, book transportation and accommodation for visitors and staff business trips.
- Maintain regular communication with suppliers and report issues in a timely manner.
- Cover reception duties as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an Administration/Coordinator role.
- A can-do attitude and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft packages, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
