- Provide support with pupil admissions, handling sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and school events, ensuring seamless communication and logistics.
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a school setting or similar busy environment is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in using IT systems, with experience in Arbor or similar school management software preferred.
- A friendly, professional, and approachable manner, with excellent customer service skills.
- Knowledge of safeguarding procedures in an educational environment (training will be provided if necessary).
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience working as a receptionist or in an administrative role, ideally in a school or educational setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience using Arbor or a similar school management information system is highly desirable.
