  • Provide support with pupil admissions, handling sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and school events, ensuring seamless communication and logistics.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a school setting or similar busy environment is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficient in using IT systems, with experience in Arbor or similar school management software preferred.
  • A friendly, professional, and approachable manner, with excellent customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding procedures in an educational environment (training will be provided if necessary).

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • Experience working as a receptionist or in an administrative role, ideally in a school or educational setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
