Job Title: Admin Assistant

Description:

Our client, a global leader in innovative tech products, is seeking an experienced Administrator to join their team. Reporting to the Admin Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day Admin duties, including ensuring smooth office operations, maintaining stock levels, and supporting supervisors and departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure office daily operation runs smoothly and continuously improve the office environment.
  • Maintain a well-organised stock system and raise purchase orders as requested.
  • Timely support to supervisors and departments, including generating invitation letters and booking transportation and accommodation for visitors and staff.
  • Maintain regular communication with suppliers and report any issues in a timely manner.
  • Cover reception duties as required.


Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate with previous experience in an Administration/Coordinator role. You should have a can-do attitude, be well-organised, and have experience using Microsoft packages, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
