Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Pension Administration Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of pension scheme members' claims and other administrative tasks. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and verify pension scheme members' claims and other administrative tasks
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of pension scheme members and their entitlements
  • Communicate with pension scheme members and employers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve any issues or queries that may arise

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in pension administration
  • A good understanding of pension schemes and regulations
