Senior Pension Administration Expert

**IDEX Consulting**, a leading pension consultancy, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Pension Administrator for their Ipswich office.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent administration skills and experience in managing complex pension schemes. Key responsibilities include:
• Managing the administration of DB, DC, and Hybrid pension schemes, adhering to client requirements and deadlines.
• Assisting with treasury and payroll tasks, including manual calculations and checks.
• Attending Trustee and client meetings, providing presentations and support as needed.
• Overseeing pensioner payrolls, ensuring timely notification of lifetime allowance usage.
• Providing guidance and support to team members, collaborating with Principal administrators when necessary.
• Managing investment contributions and monitoring transactional activity for Tariff and Fixed fee clients.
• Maintaining unit reconciliations and lifestyle switches.
**Requirements:**
- Experience working with various occupational pension schemes (DB, DC, CARE, Hybrid).
- Holdings or willingness to pursue relevant qualifications like QPA or PMI are advantageous.
- Proven ability in performing intricate manual pension calculations.
**Competitive Salary:** Estimated £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This salary range reflects the role's demands and expectations in the UK market.
