About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pensions Administrator to join our team at Gallagher Benefit Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for administering a portfolio of occupational pension schemes, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks and calculations.



Key Responsibilities

  • Allocate cases, perform and check automated and manual calculations, and draft and check correspondence and reports
  • Manage pensioner payrolls and provide support to the Client Executive team
  • Supervise and train up to two pensions administrators
  • Collaborate with team members and build relationships with supporting teams
  • Provide exceptional customer service to scheme members through various communication channels


Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:



  • At least 3 years' experience in defined benefit/defined contribution pension scheme administration
  • Achieved or studying towards the Pension Management Institute's CPC qualification
  • Analytical skills with a logical approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to process, collect, and input data accurately
  • Strong prioritization skills to meet deadlines and disclosure requirements
  • Excellent communication skills to answer queries and provide effective feedback
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
