Pensions Administrator Leadership Role

We are seeking an exceptional Pensions Administrator to join our team, driving positive change in the world of workplace pensions.
About the RoleThis is a highly organized and detail-oriented position responsible for administering a portfolio of occupational pension schemes. You will be the driving force behind accurate and timely calculations, ensuring all tasks are carried out with precision and attention to detail.
Your Impact- Manage a diverse range of pension schemes, including Defined Benefit, Defined Contribution, and Hybrid pensions.
- Draft and check correspondence and reports, providing clear and concise information to scheme members.
- Supervise and train pensions administrators, developing their skills and expertise.
- Liaise with scheme members, providing high-level service and resolving queries efficiently.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in DB/DC pension scheme administration.
- The Pension Management Institute's CPC qualification or equivalent.
- Experience in management and/or mentoring of team members.
- Strong analytical skills and logical problem-solving approach.
- Excellent communication skills for handling queries and providing feedback.
We offer a competitive salary of approximately £45,000 per annum, reflecting your expertise and qualifications. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including:
