IDEX Consulting is seeking an experienced Planning and Administration Support professional to join our team in Ipswich.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone to contribute to our financial planning firm's continued growth and success. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Financial Planner and assisting clients with various tasks.

About the Role:
  1. Support Services: Offer comprehensive support to our Financial Planner, ensuring seamless execution of tasks.
  2. Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing tailored support where required.
  3. Review Coordination: Coordinate annual review meetings, ensuring that all necessary preparations are made.
  4. Communication and Liaison: Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders, maintaining high levels of professionalism and courtesy.
  5. Service Excellence: Collaborate with our Financial Planner to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
  6. Account Management: Assist clients in managing their accounts, ensuring they have access to the necessary information and tools.
  7. Updates and Notifications: Keep our Financial Planner and clients informed about ongoing cases and technical queries.
  8. Form Preparation: Gather and prepare New Business/Servicing forms and application packs accurately and efficiently.
  9. Transaction Management: Manage new business transactions to ensure timely completion.
  10. Platform Maintenance: Maintain and update client platform account records.

With a salary of £38,000 - £48,000 per annum (dependent on experience), this is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to grow their career in a dynamic financial planning firm.
