Enterprise Software Sales Professional

Huntr Talent Group seeks a highly motivated Business Intelligence Account Manager to join their team. This individual will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within the SMB and Mid-Market space.
**Responsibilities:**
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure long-term partnerships and revenue growth.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and tailor our Business Intelligence solutions accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and develop targeted sales materials.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and support business expansion.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
**Requirements:**
- Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, Business Intelligence software, or ERP software, with a focus on SMB or Mid-Market sales.
- Familiarity with finance departments and financial processes (e.g., budgeting, forecasting, reporting, financial analysis) is highly valued.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- A proactive approach with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
**Compensation Package:
- Competitive base salary of £75,000 - £85,000 – Double OTE
- Permanent position with opportunities for career growth
- Hybrid working arrangement with access to offices in Bracknell
