About Us: The Eteach Group is a leading global provider of recruitment technology exclusively for schools and colleges.

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a specialist SAAS business development leader. As a key member of our growth strategy, you will be responsible for introducing our game-changing product, School Recruiter, to the education sector.

About the Role:

  • To effectively engage with schools and decision-makers, understanding their priorities and needs and offering School Recruiter as their solution.
  • Drive sales through various outbound channels, meeting and exceeding KPIs.
  • Identify new business opportunities and present the benefits and key features of our products to acquire new business.
  • Accountability over product functionality, taking feedback from clients and helping shape our product for the future.
  • Liaise and plan with marketing teams to ensure strong promotion and increase inbound sales.
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales contracts.
  • Complete reports and individual sales reports as required.
  • Contribute to a competitive yet supportive sales team, providing mentorship and leading from the front.
  • Attend exhibitions, live events, and online webinars to showcase our solutions.

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
