RandM Windows and Conservatories seeks a Sales Professional to join our team in Bracknell. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for making sales appointments with customers to secure new orders. Your role will involve designing quotes and selling our ranges of PVCu and Aluminium windows, doors, sliding patio doors as well as Composite doors based on the customers' needs and requirements.

You will demonstrate the full potential of the service or product that the company offers, to customers. This includes working face-to-face with R&M's customers in their own homes and in our showroom, as well as by email and phone. Maintaining good working relationships with new and existing customers is crucial.

As a Sales Professional, you will prepare sales documents such as contracts, agreements and reports according to the company's standards. You will work with multiple stakeholders, including customers, builders and suppliers. Providing recommendations to management on areas of sales that require adjustments is also an important aspect of this role.

We are committed to no cold calling or pressure selling, ensuring a professional approach to sales at all times.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be:

  • Excellent in communication, both written and verbal
  • Experienced working on industry manufacturing software
  • Confident using Microsoft products such as Word and Excel
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Confident, friendly and professional
  • Customer-focused and highly motivated

Requirements include a full valid UK driving license, experience working in sales within the double-glazing industry (although not essential), and the ability to commute to Bracknell and surrounding areas.
