Our client is a successful software business based in Bracknell, and we are currently seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive/ Business Development Manager to join their close-knit team. As a key player, you will be responsible for generating leads through various media channels, pitching software solutions to potential clients, and ensuring that KPIs and targets are met and exceeded.

With a strong background in B2B sales, you will work closely with the team to share ideas and best practices, and receive comprehensive training to ensure your success from day one. You will also have the opportunity to earn uncapped commission and participate in quarterly and annual incentives.

Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively generate leads through LinkedIn, telephone, and other media channels
- Pitch software solutions through online demos and over the telephone
