Head of Sales and Business Development

Austin Fraser is looking for a Head of Sales and Business Development to manage two senior managers overseeing the Vertical Facilities Management and Distribution Divisions. The ideal candidate will have experience in facilities management, commercial cleaning, or a similar industry with a focus on supply chain and end-user account growth.
About the Role:- Manage and grow the sales functions, focusing on vertical facilities management and distribution divisions.
- Develop and execute a commercial sales strategy to drive revenue growth.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the sales team.
- Identify skill gaps and provide coaching, mentoring, and professional development opportunities to enhance team capabilities.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with large FM clients, end-users, and distribution partners.
- Oversee sales development, including pipeline management, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Leverage curiosity and innovative thinking to uncover growth opportunities and solve complex challenges.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and technological advancements to position Austin Fraser as a market leader.
