Job Title: EMEA Sales Manager / Head of Sales / International Sales Manager

Description: We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to join our team as EMEA Sales Manager / Head of Sales / International Sales Manager. This exciting opportunity involves overseeing a European Sales Team of 9 direct reports, focusing on driving business growth and success across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Your responsibilities will include managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, generating reports, preparing budgets, and negotiating deals with clients. You will also be expected to develop new strategic partnerships and attend regional meetings to ensure effective business practices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a European Sales Team of 9 direct reports across the UK, France, and Germany
- Develop sales strategies to drive business growth across the EMEA region
- Generate reports on all sales activity and prepare annual budgets
- Negotiate deals with clients and develop new strategic partnerships
- Attend regional meetings to ensure effective business practices

Requirements:
- Prior experience managing a sales team
- Strong understanding of electronics, sensors, measurement devices, force measurement, transducers, and load cells
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 50% of the time
