Sales and Business Development Professional

Pareto, a leading innovative technology enterprise, is seeking ambitious entry-level sales executives to join their team. With a degree in any field and a passion for engaging with people, you'll have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and inclusive team.
You will be responsible for creating your own pipeline of new business opportunities by identifying new leads and building rapport with key decision-makers. As the first point of contact for new enquiries, you'll follow up on inbound leads via phone and email. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be essential in this role.
The successful candidate will be offered a competitive basic salary of £25-30k, with an estimated total of £40k+ including commission structure. Additionally, you'll enjoy excellent progression, learning, and development potential, as well as lucrative bonus and incentive schemes, including company holidays.
