Sales Director for Industry Solutions

Vallum Associates is partnering with a leading provider of energy and environmental solutions to hire a Sales Director for Industry Solutions. This role involves leading a team of Business Development Managers in London, leveraging a competitive package.
Responsibilities- Lead and develop a high-performing sales team to drive industry growth through partnerships.
- Foster relationships with clients and internal teams to achieve revenue targets.
- Develop strategies for new business acquisition and revenue growth.
This is a hands-on, proactive sales management opportunity to build and scale a channel. The ideal candidate has a background in supplier or TPI roles and can engage effectively with both internal teams and external clients.
Requirements- Proven ability to lead high-performing new business sales teams.
- Supplier/TPI background with experience in building industry-leading channels.
- Confident and professional with excellent communication skills.
