Candidates are sought for a challenging Sales Lead position at CBRE Global Workplace Solutions, driving growth in the Industrial & Logistics Sector. Reporting to the Global Sales Lead, Industrial & Logistics, this role involves managing sales and pursuits activities, with a focus on delivering significant revenue growth.

Key Accountabilities
  1. Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve significant revenue growth in the Industrial & Logistics Sector.
  2. Manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets.
  3. Collaborate with Sector Directors to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  4. Ensure accurate and timely updates on Salesforce, reflecting the current status of sales and pursuits activities.
  5. Prepare and present regular reports on pursuit activity, highlighting trends and areas for improvement.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial partners, pricing specialists, solution architects, proposal managers, and other stakeholders.
  7. Lead and manage team development, including coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention.

Salary range: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
