Job Description
We seek a dynamic sales director to lead sales efforts for IT solution services in the UK market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving new business, closing high-value deals, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and pursue new clients in the UK market, leveraging insights into client needs and market trends.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new clients, providing tailored IT solutions to address their business needs and position Axpe as a leader in the industry.
• Drive revenue through proactive sales strategies, consistently identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase client engagement and profitability.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project onboarding and high client satisfaction.

Qualifications
• 5+ years of successful sales or account management experience within IT solution services.
• Proven track record of driving new business, closing high-value deals, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Familiarity with IT solutions such as AI, cloud services, data analytics, and digital transformation.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with a focus on building and sustaining client relationships.
• Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot to manage sales pipelines and track client engagement.

What We Offer
• Competitive salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per year, depending on experience.
