At Alchemy Global Talent Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our Corporate Accommodation sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to drive revenue growth and develop strong client relationships in the corporate accommodation sector.
About the Role:
As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. You will identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong client relationships. Your leadership experience and team management capabilities will enable you to lead and mentor the sales team effectively. Additionally, you will monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Maintain strong client relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
- Lead and mentor the sales team.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in corporate accommodation or hospitality.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Leadership experience with team management capabilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to travel as needed.
Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. The salary range reflects the company's commitment to offering competitive compensation packages that align with industry standards.
