Restaurant Team Leader Opportunity at Solent Hotel & Spa

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Team Leader to join our team at Solent Hotel & Spa. As a Restaurant Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our busy hotel restaurant, including serving food and drinks, taking orders, and looking after guests.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Serving food and drinks, taking orders, and ensuring exceptional customer service
  • Managing and developing the skills of your team, ensuring staff levels on shift to meet payroll budgets
  • Being the point of call for any management issues and motivating your team to provide exceptional service
  • Ensuring the smooth running of the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing rotas and inventory
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service and high standards
